During your appointment, we take you through the differences between diamond grades, the cut, the carat, the clarity, the colour, show you the effect of cut on sparkle, and help you understand why one diamond might cost more than another even if they appear similar online. You won’t get that from an e-commerce experience. We explain everything in a way that feels clear and considered.

An engagement ring is a jewellery piece of significance, and does not end at the transaction. It’s a lifelong piece where aftercare matters. When you buy a ring online, the experience often ends when the parcel arrives.

Online retailers rarely offer any aftercare. Leaving you navigating cleaning, resizing or with an offsite service provider who’s likely never seen your ring before. If you receive a poor quality piece or if any repairs are required from damage, at best they’ll email you a return label. More than likely these are outside of their offerings and there’s nothing that can be done.
